Shining 3D FreeScan UE Pro 3D Scanner is a professional laser handheld 3D scanner. It makes use of the high precision, metrology-grade accuracy, lightweight and ergonomic design of the Freescan UE model and yet improves the ability of fine scanning and global precision control of large-scale workpiece scanning. The device offers a wide range of material adaptations, supports scanning of black and high-reflective surfaces, reduces requirement of scanning spray, and generally provides more efficient scanning process to scan fine and rich details.

Equipped with a 2M-Class, eye-safe laser technology composed of 26+5+1 blue laser lines operating in three different modes. It is also engineered with an integrated photogrammetric module that increases volumetric accuracy and delivers consistent scanning results by quickly locking the spatial position of the target frame, with no need to apply coded targets. Moreover, the Freescan UE Pro boasts an impressive scanning speed of 1,850,000 points/s, which proves to be time-effective.

Multiple Scan Modes

The FreeScan 3D laser scanner series offers a single-line mode, a mode with 7 parallel lines and one with up to 98 crossed lines. These modes can tackle many different projects in all kinds of industries, giving the scanner the versatility that is now customary in all SHINING 3D products. With markers, these modes all achieve an accuracy of up to 0.02mm.

Built-in Photogrammetry

The FreeScan series of 3D laser scanners delivers an impressive volumetric accuracy of up to 0.02 + 0.03mm/m.
And with the help of the magnetic scale bar, SHINING 3D’s photogrammetry feature narrows it down to a remarkable volumetric accuracy of up to 0.02 + 0.015mm/m, ensuring precise and reliable results for your precision measurement needs.
